What Sets Core Values Apart From Every Other PT Clinic
At Core Values, every session is one-on-one with your physical therapist: 55 minutes, focused entirely on you. We dig into what's actually driving your pain and build a plan to fix it at the source, not manage it until it comes back.
One-on-One, Every Session
You see your physical therapist for the full 55 minutes, every session. No aides, no tech, no split time.
Precision Over Guesswork
We use clinical reasoning and movement assessment to identify what's actually going wrong, not just treat where it hurts.

No Symptom Chasing Here
We don't chase symptoms. We find the underlying cause, address it directly, and build a plan to prevent recurrence.
Sport Stays in Your Plan
We'll never tell you to just stop running. Your sport is part of your rehab from day one, not something you have to earn back after.

Frequently Asked Questions
Have questions about cash-based PT, what to expect, or whether Core Values is the right fit? Start here.
Do I need a referral?
No. Florida is a direct access state, which means you can begin physical therapy without a physician referral. You can call us directly, start your evaluation, and begin care without needing to see a doctor first. If you already have a referral from a physician, we are happy to coordinate with your provider as part of your care plan.
Do you take insurance?
We are a cash-based practice and do not bill insurance directly. This model allows us to spend 55 uninterrupted minutes with you every session: no aides, no rushed visits, and no insurance company deciding how long your care should last. We accept cash, HSA, and FSA. We also provide superbills you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Do I have to stop running?
No, and we would never tell you to stop. Your sport stays in the plan at Core Values, not something you pause while we work on your injury and add back at the end. We structure your treatment around your training schedule, your upcoming events, and your performance goals. Getting back to full activity is the objective from the start, not something you earn later.
How long is each session?
Every session at Core Values is 55 minutes, one-on-one with your physical therapist. There are no aides, no shared time, and no periods of waiting while your PT attends to another patient. This means you get a full, focused evaluation and hands-on treatment every visit: not a brief check-in followed by a solo exercise routine while your therapist is tied up elsewhere.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes, telehealth is available for patients who are unable to come in for a session. It is a good option for follow-up visits, programming check-ins, and situations where travel is not possible. Our in-person sessions are always the preferred option for hands-on work and evaluation, but we are flexible and want to make sure care stays continuous no matter the circumstance.
