Services Built Around Root Cause, Not Symptom Management
One-on-one, 55-minute sessions at both our Orlando and Winter Garden locations.
When the Same Injury Keeps Coming Back, There's a Reason
Most recurring pain has a root cause. It is usually a movement pattern, strength imbalance, or structural issue no one has addressed yet. We find it and build a plan around it, keeping you in your sport through the process.
When Your Back or Neck Is Holding You Back
Neck and back problems rarely stay local. Stiffness, disc involvement, and nerve pain affect shoulder function, headaches, and athletic output.
- Low back pain and sciatica
- Herniated or bulging disc
- Neck pain and stiffness
- Cervicogenic headaches
- Mid-back and thoracic pain
- Post-surgical spine rehab
We assess how your full spine is moving and loading, not just where the pain shows up. Most of our patients come in with questions that imaging never answered.

Knee Pain That Won't Quit Under Load
Runners, lifters, and field athletes come to us when knee pain keeps interrupting training. The knee rarely causes itself — the problem is usually upstream or downstream.
- Runner's knee (patellofemoral pain)
- IT band syndrome
- Patellar tendinopathy
- Meniscus irritation or post-surgical rehab
- ACL return-to-sport rehab
- General knee pain under load
We look at how your hip, foot, and movement patterns are loading the joint so we can address what's actually driving the pain, not just manage it session to session.

Overhead Pain That Won't Let You Train
Overhead athletes, CrossFitters, and lifters come to us when shoulder pain limits what they can press, pull, or throw. Most shoulder issues connect back to how the thoracic spine and scapula are moving.
- Rotator cuff pain and post-surgical rehab
- Shoulder impingement
- SLAP tear or labral issues
- AC joint pain
- Elbow and forearm pain with pressing
- Overhead mobility restrictions
We evaluate the shoulder as part of the full kinetic chain, looking at how your thoracic mobility and scapular control are contributing to what hurts.

Ankle and Foot Pain That Hits Every Step
Runners and endurance athletes come to us when foot and ankle pain shows up on every run, every step up, or every rep from the floor. Load management alone rarely solves it.
- Plantar fasciitis and heel pain
- Achilles tendinopathy
- Ankle sprains and chronic instability
- Stress fracture rehab and return to run
- Posterior tibial tendon pain
- Metatarsal and toe pain under load
We assess your foot mechanics, load tolerance, and gait pattern to find the source, then build a plan that gets you back to running without the usual rest prescription.

When Your Hip or Pelvic Floor Is the Problem
Hip dysfunction and pelvic floor issues affect runners, lifters, and anyone returning to sport after pregnancy. They often show up as pain that travels, symptoms that vary by activity, or core and hip power you cannot access.
- Hip flexor and groin pain
- Hip impingement (FAI)
- Piriformis and deep hip pain
- Pelvic floor dysfunction (pre- and postnatal or sport-related)
- SI joint pain
- Return to sport after childbirth
We assess how hip loading, core function, and pelvic floor coordination are working together, not just the area that hurts.

Sport Injuries Bred From Serious Training
Training-related injuries have a different pattern than everyday overuse. Athletes come to us when the pain is tied to volume, intensity, or sport-specific mechanics that general PT has not addressed.
- Running injuries (shin splints, stress reactions, gait faults)
- CrossFit and Olympic lifting overuse injuries
- Throwing arm pain (baseball, softball, tennis)
- Cycling and triathlon overuse patterns
- Dry needling for muscle recovery and trigger points
- Gait analysis and running mechanics
We understand training loads and sport demands, and we factor them into the plan. The goal is to fix the root cause and keep you as close to full training as your body allows.

Frequently Asked Questions
Have questions before booking? Here are the ones active adults ask most before their first visit.
What services do you offer?
We offer four core services: sports PT, running PT, manual therapy, and pelvic health PT. We also offer vestibular PT, dry needling, gait analysis, and strength training for runners, plus specialized care for neck, back, knee, and shoulder pain. Core services at both locations; vestibular PT is Orlando only.
Do I need a referral?
No. Florida is a direct access state, which means you can book with us without a physician referral. We recommend starting with our free 15-minute discovery call — a no-commitment conversation that helps us confirm we are the right fit before your initial evaluation.
Do you accept insurance?
We are cash-based and do not bill insurance directly. We accept HSA and FSA payments and can provide superbills for patients who want to seek reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits. Many patients find that one-on-one, unhurried sessions and root-cause care make the investment worth it.
What is the first visit like?
Your initial evaluation is 55 minutes, one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We do a full movement and strength assessment, go through your history and goals, and finish with a clear treatment plan. There are no shared appointments, no PT aides, and no referral handoffs at the end.
Do I have to stop training?
In most cases, no. We integrate your sport and training into the rehab process as much as possible. If a temporary modification is needed, we explain exactly what needs to change, why, and for how long. We are not here to bench you. We are here to keep you going.
